This class is short, sharp, and sweaty! Prepare to work hard using lots of your own body weight and hit the red zone with a high-calorie 30-minute sweat session.
Build, Strong, Muscle, Lift
Duration – 45 minutes
Prepare to feel empowered and strong! Each class will focus on a specific muscle group, isolating and targeting either the upper or lower body to build a strong physique.
Big lifts = big results.
Burn, Grind, Fierce, Power
Duration – 45 minutes
A powerhouse combo! Feel strong, lean, fast, and fit by combining strength training with cardiovascular. A well-rounded must do!
Energy, Grit, Hustle, Blast
Duration – 45 minutes
If you want to improve your daily performance, reduce the risk of injury, learn lifelong fitness and movement skills, then this class is for you! Combining all aspects of strength, cardio, core and movement, your body will feel more functional than ever!
Who is HYPE perfect for?
BEGINNER
Not currently doing any form of exercise or just joined the gym. Dabbles in exercise here and there. We will show you the ropes!
INTERMEDIATE
Doing some form of exercise regularly 1 – 3 times per week. Ready to take your performance to the next level.
ADVANCED
Works out regularly, 3 or more times per week. Ready to activate your inner beast mode!
